What is Agile? Agile is a project management methodology used by organizations to execute projects. Agile focus on delivering value quicker without getting in bogged down due to the organizations red tape and processes. Agile is an iterative project management methodology focused on self-organized team to take decision and move faster by monitoring the progress on a daily basis through scrum meetings / stand ups. The tool used to help with this process is called JIRA.
